Phidiana hiltoni (O'Donoghue, 1927)

The background colour is white.On the body are long purple and brown cerata.Characteristic for Phidiana hiltoni is a reddish or brownish line across the head.

Phidiana hiltoni attacks and feeds other aeolids. This sea slug feeds also on hydrozoon polyps, including Hydractinia and Hydrozoon Plumularia laginifera and other organismen.

Very similar is Hermissenda crassicornis.
