Schioedte & Meinert, 1884

You see an isopd (Cymothoa exigua) in the mouth you the clownfish.
The isopod normaly enters through the gills and attach to the tongues of several fish.
The tongue will atrophy and is permanently replaced by the isopod, which causese no further damage to the health of the host.
