Clausinella fasciata (da Costa, 1778)

Clausinella fasciata is growing up to 2.5 cm.The colour is variable, red, pink, purple, yellow or brown but typically with radiating bands and streaks. The banded venus is found usually in sand and lives down to depths of about 100 m.
