Liopropoma rubre Peppermint bass

Husbandry know-how of owners

Ich halte diese wunderschönen Tiere als Paar seit ca. 1,5 Jahren.
Sie sind sehr interessant und auch tagsüber recht aktiv, sehr zurückhaltend gegenüber Mitbewohnern. Tagsüber leben sie gertrennt, abends schwimmen sie als Paar stolz durch das Aquarium. Ich habe ein aggressives Verhalten genegüber den Mitbewohnern nicht beobachtet. Allerdings sind sie verrückt nach Krustentieren. Eine Vergesellschaftung mit Garnelen kann icht nicht empfehlen, sogar abraten. Garnelen werden sofort aufgespürt und einverlaibt.
Weil sie so selten in Aquarien zu sehen sind, bin ich stolz, dieses Pärchen zu pflegen. Etwas ganz Besonderes!
